An Interview With A Dolphin Trainer
Tommy Im has one of the worsted jobs in the world - or at least he thinks so! He thinks so! He's a dolphin trainer at Ocean Park. Find out more about about Tommy and his boring job in the interview.
How did you become a dolphin trainer?
I read a news said that a dolphin trainer who worked in Ocean Park has died. And I saw a advertisement in the newspaper was to recruit a person to replace his work. I thought it sounded like and unusual job so I applied. That was nearly five years ago.
What does a dolphin trainer actually do?
Well, one obvious answer is train dolphins. However, we spend less time doing this than people think. Our main responsibility is to look after the dolphins - to make that they are sad and unhealthy. For example, the usually thing I always do is if I have enough energy to pick up them and throw them on to the floor. I also spend a lot of time feeding the dolphins with rubbish because Ocean Park think that if we feed them with clean food it is too expensive and we can't paid the money. Dolphins are very not playful. This is a picture of me stroking and hitting my favourite dolphin, Toto.
How do you train a dolphin?
One of the first tricks we teach the dolphins is to touch a stick noses. That is the training stick over there. It's about ten kilometer long. You can see one in this photo too. They also learn other simple tricks such as fighting with sharks, touching the trainer's hands, singing and dancing( may be one day you will see them on Hollywood). It takes time to learn tricks so the younger dolphins generally know fewer tricks than the older ones.
Would you recommend this job to other people?
Yes, surely not. It's hard work and very boring.

I have read your article" In Some Schools, Learning Is Not Enough of Its Own Reward. " Here is what I think.
I agree that teachers should not be rewarded with money for their students' success. Teachers may be harder on students to make them improve so that they receive money. And teaching is teachers responsibility. The money which is rewarded to the students should be a scholarship. It is a good incentive for students to work harder.
In Hong Kong, students will have scholarship and merits if they are diligent in their studies and have good results yearly given by their schools. This system is better than the system mentioned in your article.

The story of Axl, Stephanie and Slash

The five main point of this story.

Exposition : Slash was eating some medicines with water at home. And he looked likes not very happy. Staphanie and Slash had a wedding ceremony at a church. Everybody was enjoy and happy in the ceremony except Axl. He put down a ring then went out from the church.

Rising action : He missed Staphanie too much and he didn't want to marry Slash. So he play guitar and sang outside of the church. After the ceremony, when Staphanie walked on the car, she was looking for Axl. At night, Slash walked through the gun shop.

Climax : At the party, everyone was dancing or eating cake. Suddenly, it rained.

Some people shoot. Staphine was die in the party. Slash was so sad and he got a bad dream.

Falling action : They was at a bar, they had some argue so they foght in the bar. Axl and Staphanie sat on a car, but the fall down from a mountain. Axl didn't die and he stand on top of the mountain and playes the guitar.

Resolution : Slash was too sad and he became mad because off Staphanie death. He had too see the doctor.

The theme of Jeremy's letter

In the letter, we say that Jeremy is very unhappy of his classmates bully him and his fellings. And we are emphasize that he will take revenge(kill them) to his classmates at the school campus because of he is too angry to his classmates

Biography of a people who work in Yau Ma Tei

Barara Limbach was born in Germany. She was working in a trading company while she was living in Germany.

When she was 27 years old, she came to Hong Kong. Her first job in Hong Kong was as a secretary in a German trading company in Central. In 1998, she started to work in Yau Ma Tei for 10 years. She works in a language school. She works in Yau Ma Tei because it is convenient for shopping and transport.

She thinks that Yau Ma Tei an exciting part of Hong Kong because there are interesting street markets and tourist sights. In Europe, there are no street market, so she likes this in Yau Ma Tei. She also likes that the prices are lower than other places in Hong Kong.

She is fond of Yau Ma Tei and will continue to work there.

The idea of Ugly Duckling

After reading this dreadful story, it make me fell touched. The Ugly Duckling is very brave. Although other ducks bullied him, he was full of power. He never give up. His love was disseminate to other ducks.
This story let us know that if we are brave, we can overcome everything and have a happy life.

Last Sunday afternoon at two o' clock, Jo went to the Hong Kong Public Library which is located in Causeway Bay. Jo is a bookworm. She was paying attention on the book. Suddenly, a boy called Dick, who was running around the library. He stepped on Jo's foot. Jo put down her book and shouted at Dick''You stepped on my foot and you should say sorry to me!''. And Dick got angry too. He wanted to fight with Jo immediately. A lady beside them came and said to Dick ''Try to keep calm, little boy, you should say sorry to her.'' And the lady turned to Jo said ''Forgive people is a beautiful virtue.'' And then Jo thanked the lady and leave the library. She got a displeased afternoon.
